HELL-BENT BATTLE-WORN HELMET - MADE TO ORDER
Built to look as though it has already survived several deployments, each HELL-BENT helmet is 3D printed, assembled, filled, sanded, primed, painted, detailed, weathered, clear coated, and inspected by hand. The distressed black-and-yellow finish combines heavy scratches, chipped paint, rubbed metallic edges, and layered battle damage for a used combat appearance rather than a clean factory finish.

The display stand shown in the photographs is not included. Because every helmet is finished by hand, scratch placement, chipped areas, paint wear, and small details will vary slightly while preserving the overall design, colours, finish, and quality level shown.
CUSTOM SIZING
This helmet is made to order. When purchasing through Etsy, provide your head circumference measured around the widest part of your head, approximately 1 inch above your eyebrows and around the back of your head. Also note whether you plan to wear glasses inside the helmet. Head shape, hairstyle, cheek width, and glasses can affect the final fit.

MADE-TO-ORDER TIMELINE
Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks before dispatch. Each helmet is produced individually, and the printing, preparation, painting, curing, weathering, and inspection stages are completed before shipment.
CARE AND SAFETY
Keep the helmet away from excessive heat and do not leave it in a hot vehicle. Clean it gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth; do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners. Store it without pressure on the visor or shell. This is a costume and display prop only. It is not protective equipment and provides no certified impact, ballistic, or safety protection.
